Warranty:


We take pride in offering only the highest quality reliable products. In the rare event that a defect does
occur we offer the following warranty:

All products are warranted by Navcom for 1 years from date of purchase, except for Clearance items which
are warranted for 90 days. If a product is defective we will repair or replace it. The customer is responsible
for the shipping the product to us. We will cover the return freight  back to the customer. After 1 year we
will continue to service your products for the standard current labor rate (per hour) plus parts.

Warranty only covers failure due to defects in materials and workmanship by the manufacturer. Navcom
liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts or assemblies or repair of
defective workmanship without cost to the customer, except if such defects ware cause by negligence and  
or  misuse by the customer. Warranty do not covered defects or malfunctions caused by fire, lighting, theft,
ware, or flood damage, vandalism, tampering, willful damage or repair by any party not authorized by
Navcom Corp to adjust or repair the equipment,alteration of identification numbers, natural or man-made
disasters or war. The warranty does not  cover damages due to normal everyday use.  If you have any

Shipping


We want you to get your product on time. We ship UPS and we offer free ground shipping on orders over
$200.00! DVR's are exclude from this offer. All orders must abide by our strict protocol. We do not ship
product to other address than company delivery address and where a credit card bills go to. At present
time there is no drop shipping. We trying to avoid any kind of mix up and fraud so read this section further.

The products bought from us , either over the phone or through the website takes about 2-3 days to clear
payment from Google Checkout; our payment gateway, and after that has taken place the items will ship in
about 2 business days, pending customs clearance. In the future as we grow we can take same day
shipments. Check back to this section if, you are a repeat customer on policy changes. As we grow so will
our ability to do same day shipments. If you have any additional questions call us, and speak with a
shipping officer about any policies or procedures.




Return Policy:


All Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange in period of 30 days from day of receipt as long
as the equipment is still in "as new" condition. No returns will be excepted with out RMA . There is no return
on Clearance items. No return will be accepted with out an RMA#. All RMA's are to be returned freight,
duty, etc prepaid. Failure to do so will result in RMA being return to the sender at their cost. Unauthorized
RMA will be send back at the customer expense. A 38% restocking fee will be apply to all returns. Shipping
and Handling charges are not refundable. "As New" means that all items must be undamaged and in their
original cartons and packaging along with all accessories, documentation, and parts. No wires or pigtails
can be cut. The product exterior must be intact and unmarked. The original carton must be in another
"shipping" box. No postmarks or labels shall be on the original box. Cable must be unopened (or still on
reel). A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is good for 29 days.
